The delivery of the products within the time indicated below can only take place if the Customer has communicated to Château de la Négly exact information on the contact details of the recipient: Surname, first name, address, postal code, city, country, door codes, fixed telephone number, mobile phone number. In case of error, Château de la Négly cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the products in due time.
In the event of delivery of a non-conforming wine and in the event of delivery of a wine revealing a hidden defect, Château de la Négly undertakes, according to the Customer’s choice, to refund the Customer the price of the wine within thirty (30) days of its request, or to exchange the product by an identical product according to available stocks.
