In the event of delivery of a non-conforming wine and in the event of delivery of a wine revealing a hidden defect, Château de la Négly undertakes, according to the Customer’s choice, to refund the Customer the price of the wine within thirty (30) days of its request, or to exchange the product by an identical product according to available stocks.
