ÉLEVAGE : This wine is aged on lees for 10 months with daily stirring for the first two months.
This wine has a shiny robe with a nose dominated by pistachios and almonds intertwined with notes of Lychee.The palate is both powerful and generous.The ideal companion to an old Saint Nectaire (French cheese from Auvergne).To be drunk within four years.Serve between 8° and 10°C.
